Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the management of all Service Centers and PUD Centers within the area to guarantee smooth and efficient operations. - Drive key performance metrics for various operational processes, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and execution excellence. - Support initiatives for reach enhancement, such as expanding into Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, according to the organization's strategy. - Optimize productivity and utilization of the fleet in the area. - Evaluate existing infrastructure vis-a-vis growth targets and prepare proposals for capital expenditure or capacity expansion. - Provide guidance to employees, monitor performance, mentor and coach subordinates, and develop a strong succession pipeline.
