Broad Areas of Responsibility:

* Assist and support the HOD in coordinating with international visitors and buyers for exhibited products and ensure timely task completion by team members.

* Arrange quality buyers for assigned events and meet approved targets.

* Coordinate with stakeholders such as International Chambers, Associations, Embassies, and agents to foster close cooperation.

* Devise new initiatives and strategies to optimize the business potential of incoming delegations through effective business matchmaking.

* Resolve buyers’ queries within approved TAT and ensure high satisfaction levels for both buyers and sellers.

* Support the team in marketing activities/brands in international markets with confidence, passion, and enthusiasm.

* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance personal credibility and achieve impactful results.

* Manage team performance, handle grievances, and ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.

* Provide periodic reports on team performance, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction to the HOD.

* Oversee administrative tasks, including budget tracking, resource allocation, and project planning.
