The appointee will report to the Director of the Centre(s) and provide secretarial and administrative support to academic staff in the Centre(s) including: basic financial administration and record keeping of the Centre(s) budget and research grants; organization of conferences and events; academic programme administration; liaison with local and overseas visitors; travel and accommodation arrangement; and basic website update and maintenance.
