Job Description: Business APE Achievement • Achieve monthly and quarterly APE (Annualized Premium Equivalent) targets. • Identify sales opportunities and convert them through effective partner engagement. Partner Activations • Ensure consistent onboarding and activation of new partners. • Monitor partner activity, motivate inactive partners, and improve engagement rates. • Maintain activation records and share reports with the team lead. Product Knowledge Convincing Power • Maintain a strong understanding of insurance products and offerings. • Deliver effective product pitches and resolve partner objections with confidence. • Regularly participate in product training and certification programs. Partner Servicing & Satisfaction • Serve as the first point of contact for partner queries and support. • Ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain high partner satisfaction scores. • Build strong relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business. Data Management & Inter Department Coordination • Maintain accurate data on activations, sales, and partner performance. • Coordinate with Sales Support, Operations, and Training teams for seamless execution.
