EXECUTIVE N - SALES ENGINEERING - NASHIK

The position of frontline sales personnel in Sales & Marketing involves being responsible for the growth and penetration of waterproofing products in project sales segments in a defined geography. Your main tasks will include identifying market potential, generating leads through various stakeholders, conducting site inspections, focusing on product mix, providing technical assistance, engaging with applicators and consultants, building relationships, providing product training, coordinating with marketing, and converting non-APL business stakeholders to APL accounts through product demonstration initiatives. To qualify for this role, you should have a B.E / B. Tech (Civil) degree from Tier III/IV Engineering institutes, with a minimum of 50% marks throughout education and no backlogs. Relevant experience in Civil construction/chemicals company (Techno-commercial roles) with waterproofing experience is preferred. You should be willing to travel extensively as visiting project sites is a key aspect of the job. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is mandatory. The applicant should be mobile pan India as the role is transferrable and the age should be less than 26 years (in case of fresher). Overall, this role requires a proactive and goal-oriented individual with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to effectively promote waterproofing products and achieve business objectives in the project sales segment.,
