Company: Share India Group Location: Noida Experience: 1 to 2 Years (Freshers with finance knowledge are welcome) Education: B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) Mandatory Job Description: Share India Group is hiring for the position of Executive Merchant Banking Operations at our Noida office. We are looking for young, motivated candidates with 1-2 years of experience in Banking Operations or Freshers with good knowledge of finance and MS Office. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in Merchant Banking and get exposure to IPOs, Buybacks, Open Offers, and other capital market activities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day operations of the Merchant Banking department. Handle documentation, reporting, and data management. Support in processing IPOs, Buybacks, Open Offers & other merchant banking transactions. Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams. Prepare and maintain MIS reports and compliance records. Ensure timely and accurate execution of operational activities. Key Skills Required: Basic knowledge of Banking Operations Understanding of Financial Markets and Merchant Banking Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong communication & coordination skills Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines Candidate Profile: B.Com Graduate 1 to 2 years’ experience in Banking Operations OR Freshers with finance knowledge Strong skills in MS Excel & Documentation Eager to learn and grow in Merchant Banking
