As a Fintech Chat Associate , you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our fintech products and services. You will provide exceptional customer service over the phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have seamless experience with our platform. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a deep understanding of fintech products. Key Responsibilities : Customer Support : Handle inbound customer calls regarding account-related issues, product inquiries, technical support, and troubleshooting. Product Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's fintech products and services to effectively address customer concerns and provide detailed information. Issue Resolution : Identify customer issues and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution. Technical Assistance : Provide basic technical support related to product features, account setup, and other fintech services. Customer Education : Educate customers on how to use our platform effectively, including navigating the website, using apps, and accessing features. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the operations, sales, and tech teams to communicate customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction. Feedback Collection : Capture customer feedback to help improve products and services and provide insights to the product development team. Compliance and Security : Ensure that all customer interactions follow legal and regulatory guidelines for data protection and security in the fintech industry. Qualifications : Education : Any Undergraduate/Graduate can apply Skills and Competencies : Customer-Centric Mindset : Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. Tech-Savvy : Comfortable navigating fintech platforms, troubleshooting digital products, and using customer relationship management (CRM) software. Empathy : Ability to connect with customers and understand their needs, building trust and rapport.
