Job Title: Chartered Accountant Lender Relations Company: Share India Experience: 24 Years Location: Noida Industry: Financial Services / NBFC / BFSI Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Employment Type: Full Time About Share India: Share India is a leading technology-driven financial services group offering a wide range of services including broking, lending, and investment advisory. We are rapidly expanding our operations and looking to strengthen our lender engagement function with capable and driven professionals. Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 24 years of experience to manage lender relationships and support corporate finance activities. The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and eager to learn. Candidates focused on tax and accounting are not preferred for this role. Key Responsibilities: Engage with lenders for sanctions, documentation, and disbursements Prepare and share regular MIS reports with lenders Monitor financial covenants and lender-specific parameters Coordinate with internal departments to address and resolve lender queries Assist in developing internal monitoring systems and identifying new lending opportunities Candidate Profile: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–4 years of experience Background in corporate banking , NBFCs, or financial institutions is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both lenders and internal stakeholders Willingness to learn and grow in a corporate finance/lender management role Preference will be given to candidates inclined toward finance over tax/accounting Additional Information: Training will be provided to align with our processes Final selection will be subject to internal approvals You will be guided on the onboarding process and next steps once shortlisted
