Position:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in the hotel and restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, training, and compliance, ensuring a productive and positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws
Ensure timely payroll processing and attendance management
Organize and coordinate training & development programs
Support talent retention and employee engagement initiatives
Maintain HR records and documentation accurately
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Conduct exit interviews and process full & final settlements

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3 to 15 years of HR experience in the
hotel or restaurant industry
is mandatory
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in HR management systems
