Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Management Assistant located in D-98, MIDC, Ranjangaon, near Shirur in Pune. The responsibilities include providing executive administrative support, managing schedules, handling communication, preparing expense reports, and performing general administrative tasks to support the executive team. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, improving organizational efficiency, and ensuring seamless daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Expertise in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
• Strong Communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience in managing schedules and documentation
• Relevant experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred
• Masters degree in Business Administration, Pharmaceutical or Science field is an advantage
• Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment and provide consistent support to the executive team
