Job Description

As a Senior Executive in Sales & Services at Malabar Gold & Diamonds, your primary responsibilities include achieving individual sales targets, executing company strategies to enhance store profit, and providing exceptional customer service. You will greet customers warmly, understand their requirements, and guide them through the product offerings to influence their buying decisions. Your role also involves engaging customers through suggestive selling, conducting remote selling activities, and prioritizing sales for aged stock while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for cross-selling to HNI customers, handling customer queries and complaints effectively, and educating customers on product details and benefits. Additionally, you will pack products securely for online orders, process customer returns, and gather feedback for business improvement. Accuracy in customer details entry, product information verification, and stock management are crucial aspects of your role. Informing customers about special offers, enrolling them in schemes, and managing customer orders efficiently are key responsibilities. You will also coordinate with SCM/MBMG for timely delivery, maintain stock count, transfer ornaments securely, and ensure accurate inventory management. Compliance with visual merchandising guidelines, ensuring jewellery safety, and actively participating in marketing activities are essential for generating customer leads and increasing footfall. Adherence to grooming standards, professionalism in interactions, following standard operating procedures, and submitting sales reports to senior management are part of your internal process responsibilities. Continuous self-development through knowledge acquisition, training programs, and growth opportunities is encouraged. Your role in people development involves identifying training needs, completing mandatory certifications, and taking ownership of self-performance appraisal timelines. This role requires a graduation or HSC qualification, with 6 to 8 years of experience in retail sales. The location of this position is Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India, and the salary range is as per industry standards.
