Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales processes, nurturing client relationships, and providing tailored property consultation services. Key tasks include prospecting clients, pitching property options, conducting site visits, understanding client requirements, and closing sales. The individual will also stay updated on market trends and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency. Client relationship management and negotiation skills. Understanding of property sales processes and ability to conduct site visits. Knowledge of real estate trends and market analysis. Organizational and time-management skills for multitasking and meeting deadlines. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer skills. Experience in the real estate sector is preferred but not mandatory. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
