Job Description

Roles and responsibilities.

Strong ability to meet and deal tactfully and courteously with fellow employees and vendors/contractors.
Vast experience with common industry tools and products.
Exceptional ability to install inspects, repair and maintain the electrical, plumbing and other related systems.
In-depth ability to perform various clean-up and maintenance tasks as needed.
Substantial communications skills.
Immense ability to understand complex written and oral instructions.
Thorough knowledge of the occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties.
Coordinate and Supervise the work assigned Electrical, plumbing, civil, interior, install,
Must have experience in project handling.
Maintenance, project coordinator, new store opening.
Determine material, equipment, and supplies to be used.
civil, Tiles, painting, carpentry.
Assisting in a project for installation of switchgears and also provided technical support in wiring
Installing of Poly phase circuits and responsible for wiring.
Responsible for correcting emergency breakdown in Service Workshop.

Experience: 4-8 yrs.
