Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Ensure HVAC systems and Air conditions are properly working without downtime and also carryout preventive and breakdown maintenance for the same.
Ensure that Preventive Maintenance is carried out on time for all critical machines and utilities used for production.
Ensure that all Breakdown maintenance is carried out immediately upon intimation to reduce machine breakdowns in production.
Ensure that all sub-contracted preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as per their respective AMCs.
Perform periodic review of the breakdown maintenance and implement actions to prevent or reduce repetitive breakdown of machines.
Maintain machine breakdown history and perform periodic review for all critical machines and utilities used for production.
Local source for critical spares & co-ordination with purchase team.
Ensure procurement of an adequate stock of maintenance spares and consumable to conduct uninterrupted regular maintenance.
Impart appropriate, effective and timely training to the junior maintenance technicians.
Support production department for identification and implementation of automation and improvements.

Strict adherence to EHS policy and EHS procedures
