The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and safety of our healthcare environment. This position requires a broad range of technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment, including but not limited to:
You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal temperature and air quality throughout the facility.
You will troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment, adhering to all safety regulations.
You will maintain and repair plumbing fixtures, water lines, and drainage systems, ensuring a clean and functional environment.
You will assist with the maintenance and repair of medical equipment, working closely with biomedical engineers and other healthcare professionals.
You will perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, carpentry, and minor repairs, keeping the facility in good condition.
Responsible for any other additional responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
