To ensure 1QC /2 QC Related Basket of Products are well standardized for Regular Manufacturing 2. Interact with Inter Plant Personnel / Steel Industry Visiting Sales Team and carry out Trials as needed by them. 3. Maintain the Critical machinery Namely Mixers, Presses ,Ovens and Surface Grinding Unit including Casetting and Packing Standards. 4. Evaluation Of Bench Marked Samples and display of samples as per Plan 5. Issue of Standards (revised) to Operations for Implementation of SGR Products in Market 6. Participate in Field Trials with Sales/Service Team as necessary 7. Data Bank of the Product Developed Distributed and serviced 8. Function as emergency lamp to Fired Product division as and when needed. 9. Strategic Usage of RCM towards Price Performance Cycle in all Products related to Steel Plants Key Result Areas: Production for Sales as per Budget Ensure Conversion Cost as per Budget with Key Metrics on Labor Materials Maintenance Fuel and Machine Spare Costs. Customer Visit/approvals as per Plan. Developed SGR Products in Shelf Shall be Nil Total Compliance to ISO/TQM/EMS/OHSAS requirements Preferred candidate profile Skill Set: 1. Conversant with Slide Plate Manufacturing Process related to 1QC /2 QC for Steel Plants & Customer Standards with Respect to Performance 2. Conversant with International Standards ASTM , ISO and BIS 3. Hands on skills in Written Communication, Report Writing & Data Analysis and Field Trials Experience at End User Place 4. Self Calibration , where applicable and Maintenance management skills of SGR Related Plant Equipment ,Machinery, Grinding Unit and Dryer / Furnaces as appropriate 5. Field Evaluation Requirements without adverse comments from Customer on Standards Procedures and Tested Values and Close coordination with Marketing Personnel as Cohesive Team
