Job Description

**Candidates with experience in Plant maintenance may only apply.

**Ceramic industry plant maintenance experience is preferred

Key Job Responsibilities (General) :

Improvement

and

Maintenance

of

Plant

Machinery

by

eliminating breakdown occurrences in production
Development actions and Cost Reduction activities of Spare Parts and Keeping maintenance cost within annual budget.
Preventive Maintenance implementation
Will be responsible by leading junior team members with skill set that is equivalent of Fitter Trade ,Welder Trade and Electrician Trade of ITI .

Key Accountabilities (Specific Focus)

Assistance

in

Infrastructure

development

to

Top

Management

and

Plant Management
Machine Utilization to 95% Level across all plant and Machinery
Coordination of Maintenance activities in other three Plants within Tamil Nadu.
Technical services to Installation team
Establish a workshop at Perundurai /Kakkalur unit for Machine Maintenance and Mobility of Maintenance
Improve effectiveness of maintenance culture conforming to quality management systems

Machinery

Utilisation

Increase

Evidence

in Productivity as per Budget Requirements
Total

Compliance

to

ISO/TQM/TPM/EHS

requirements
Effectiveness

of Training and leading Junior

Team

members including other plant maintenance crew.

Preferred candidate profile

BE Mechanical or Electrical with 5 to 7 years experience in plant maintenance activities preferably from ceramic industry
