Key Responsibilities:

SLA Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on B2B SLA delivery performance to ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve B2B operational issues by collaborating with transporters, warehouses, and client service teams to minimize delays.
SRN/POD Management: Oversee Stock Receipt Note (SRN) process, validate receipts, reconcile discrepancies, and manage Proof of Delivery (POD) for audit and compliance.
MIS Reporting: Prepare, update, and circulate MIS reports on B2B/e-commerce orders and shipment data to support management decisions.
Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to SOPs, client requirements, and internal compliance standards.
Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.

Key Competencies & Skills:

Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools
Knowledge of ERP/WMS/TMS platforms
Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving ability
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Commerce (mandatory)
