As the Material Management Specialist, your primary responsibilities include overseeing the receiving of incoming goods and supervising the unloading process. You will be responsible for counting and tallying the materials, checking for any damage or shortage, and preparing detailed reports accordingly. Additionally, you will manage the operation of cranes and hydras, ensuring their proper functioning. It will be your duty to check the calibration of Torque Wrench and Noor bars, and maintain accurate records by filling the Goods Inward, Day Book, and Daily Inward/Outward Register. You will meticulously document receipts and issues, verify MVAC, and coordinate inspections while upholding excellent housekeeping standards. Preparing documents such as Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and Goods Rejection Memo, and sending goods to stores will also fall under your purview. You will monitor the condition of all materials handling equipment and storage facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained. Furthermore, you will be responsible for distributing team tasks based on project equipment availability, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to company protocols. Your role will involve comprehensive documentation in both soft and hard copies for efficient record-keeping. Proficiency in ERP systems and SAP is essential for tasks like generating purchasing details, managing site containers and tools, and entering data for material receipts. You will handle all aspects of material issue, reports generation, and document creation as per the prescribed procedures. In the event of discrepancies in material receipt, you will verify the terms and conditions of purchase orders, obtain necessary documentation from drivers, and prepare GRN in SAP. Your meticulous attention to detail and adherence to standard operating procedures will be crucial in maintaining accurate inventory records and facilitating smooth operations.,
