As the Warehouse Operations Manager, your main responsibility is to oversee all warehouse operations efficiently. You will be accountable for maintaining the Gross Margin at the format level and ensuring that the team's off-roll and on-roll attrition rate is within 5%. It will be your duty to uphold the Customer Level Operations SLA and conduct proper audits, stock takes, and keep shrinkage within the limits set by the Business Team. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining the Customer Level Transportation SLA, ensuring compliance with HSE standards at the Distribution Center, and submitting reports as required.
