Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. User and Access Management

Manage user creation, modification, and deactivation for all GxP equipment/software.

Maintain user roles and access rights as per authorization matrices and compliance requirements.

Ensure adherence to password policies, audit trails, and data integrity per 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11.

2. User Lifecycle Management

Implement standardized onboarding, modification, and exit processes.

Conduct periodic access reviews and coordinate timely user deactivation with HR and QA.

Maintain centralized records of access requests and approvals.

3. Equipment Compliance Management

Ensure GxP systems remain vali and compliant throughout their lifecycle.

Coordinate with QA, Engineering, and Automation for configuration, access control, and audit trail compliance.

Support audits, system reviews, and CAPA related to user or equipment management.

Oversee periodic audit trail, access, and log reviews.
