Job Description

NIS Cloud Security engineer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the security strategies related to cloud technologies including Azure, GCP and AWS.

Mandatory Skill Sets

Cloud Security (Azure, AWS, GCP), Wiz CSPM, IAM (Azure AD, MFA, SSO), Cloud Security Configurations (ASG/NSG, Load Balancer, VPC, KMS, Container Security), Security Standards (ISO/NIST), Scripting (Python/JSON), Logging/Monitoring, and Policy Design/Implementation.

Preferred Skill sets

1. 4+ years of experience in Cloud and Information Security fields.

2. Demonstrate expertise related to Cloud Service Provide viz. Azure, AWS, GCP.

3. Handson with Wiz in large cloud environments setting up and managing policies, connecting Wiz to cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS) and using its findings to fix/remediate the issues. Experience with Wiz AISPM is a strong plus.

4. Contribute to the design and development of security standards such as ISO 27000 series, NIST in cloud platforms (i.e., apply the concept of least privilege, security hardening, networking in the cloud platforms)

5. Strong understanding of cloud identity and access management (IAM), network segmentation, encryption/KMS, logging/monitoring, and data protection.

6. Experience architecting, designing, handson development and implementing cloud solutions on Azure, GCP, and AWS.

7. Experience with policy design, implementation, and operation.

8. Prove experience in Azure AD (Conditional Access, MFA, SSO), Sentinel, Azure Security Centre.

9. Proficient in resource deployment through Azure Resource Template (ARM).

10. Efficient in scripting languages Python, JSON.

11. Cloud Security configuration experience (Load Balancer, ASG/NSG, Key Management, Container Security).

12. Knowledge of Identity Management in the Cloud.

13. Interacting with all levels of management, external bodies, stakeholders, and policy holders including senior leadership.

14. Fair Knowledge of Automation tool like Power BI & Ticketing tool like ServiceNow

15. Linux/Unix Administration knowledge will be an added advantage.

16. Relevant professional qualifications and certifications in the areas of Cloud Security such as Azure, AWS, GCP will be considered an asset.
