Job Description

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Market & Talent Research: Conduct research across industries, companies, and functions to identify talent pools and market movements Build and update org charts, talent maps, and market/talent pool estimates Talent Identification & Validation: Identify, track, and validate potential talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, alumni networks, databases, research tools, etc.) Maintain an active pipeline of high-potential profiles aligned to business needs Insight & Intelligence Delivery: Produce structured outputs such as: Competency heatmaps Talent universe and market-mapping reports Recruiter & Business Partnership: Partner with recruiters to prioritize roles and define Ideal Candidate Profiles Provide intelligence-led sourcing input to accelerate quality of hire and reduce cycle time Knowledge Management: Maintain and update a centralized knowledge base of market, competitor, and talent intelligence Ensure consistency, accuracy, and reusability of research deliverables

To qualify for the role you must have

Qualification

Master of Arts in Psychology
Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science
