Executive HR & Admin Goa

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated female HR & Admin professional from Goa to join our team at 32 Keys Spa & Resort Hotel in South Goa. This role provides an excellent opportunity to independently manage HR functions and general administration, while ensuring smooth operations and full compliance with labour laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management

· Manage Attendance and Leave systems.

· Handle Payroll, Incentives, and Promotion management.

· Lead Recruitment, Induction, and Onboarding processes.

· Conduct Performance Evaluation cycles.

· Ensure strict adherence to statutory Labour Laws & compliance requirements.

· Drive Employee Engagement initiatives and welfare activities.

· Oversee compliance under the Shop & Establishment Act.

Administration & Office Management

· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.

· Oversee office supplies, facilities, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

· Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and scheduling.

· Greet and assist visitors, and manage phone calls professionally.

· Maintain CRM system and administrative records.

Requirements

· Graduate degree (MBA in HR preferred).

· 4–5 years of proven experience in HR & Administration.

· Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and HR compliance.

· Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/databases.

· Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Ability to independently manage multiple HR & admin functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
