Executive - HR & Admin

The role available will offer support to the People function within India, specifically focusing on tasks outlined in the HR workflow. Your responsibilities will include IT recruitment, managing onboarding, employee engagement, benefits administration, and other related people operations. It is essential to collaborate closely with the People Team to ensure seamless people processes and a favorable employee experience. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources. Additionally, you should possess experience in IT Recruitment, a strong understanding of HR processes, hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, and a good grasp of local labor laws. Your core competencies should include high ethical standards, meticulous attention to detail in documentation, strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, being a strong team player, and adaptability in dynamic work environments. Key responsibilities for this position involve managing end-to-end technical recruitment processes, ensuring completion of background verification for new hires, maintaining accurate employee records in HRMS, supporting employee engagement programs, maintaining HR records and documentation, issuing offer letters and employment contracts, coordinating employee travel, overseeing HR administrative functions and vendor management processes, addressing employee concerns promptly, fostering a positive workplace environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize HR service delivery, and supporting the implementation of HR projects and process improvements.,
