Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper at The Fern Residency in Gandhinagar. The Executive Housekeeper will manage the housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and public areas. Key responsibilities include overseeing laundry services, managing housekeeping staff, training new employees, maintaining inventory, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The role requires close communication with other departments to meet guests' needs and improve operational efficiency.

• Experience in managing laundry operations
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and manage a team
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
