Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department at our 4-star hotel in Goa. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, managing the housekeeping team, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms and public areas
• Plan and manage staff schedules and duty rosters
• Train, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team
• Conduct regular room and area inspections to maintain quality standards
• Manage inventory of linen, uniforms, and cleaning supplies
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry departments
• Handle guest feedback and resolve housekeeping-related issues
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
