We’re looking for an Executive Housekeeper to lead and inspire our housekeeping team across villas and apartments in Assagao, ensuring every corner of Nistula reflects our signature style: five-star finesse with the soul of a home.

Your Role

• Lead, train, and mentor villa attendants and laundry staff
• Ensure spotless cleanliness, linen quality, and room readiness before every check-in
• Conduct routine property inspections and uphold SOPs
• Manage inventory: linens, cleaning supplies, bath amenities, minibar
• Coordinate with maintenance, guest services, and F&B teams
• Support hiring, training, and scheduling of housekeeping staff
• Report directly to Nistula’s Founding Team

• Have 4–6 years of experience in hotel or villa housekeeping
• Value both polish and people — you’re detail-obsessed and team-first
• Know how to work with vendors and track budgets
• Are comfortable with daily operations, checklists, and digital tools
