Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping and hospitality, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of guests and staff.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance on best practices and company policies.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with hotel management systems, including booking and reservation software.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
