Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Housekeeper located in Pune. The Executive Housekeeper will oversee all housekeeping operations, manage the laundry services, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest expectations. Responsibilities include staff training, maintaining inventory, and upholding organizational standards to provide excellent customer service.

• Experience in Laundry management and Organization skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to train and manage housekeeping staff
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in a hospitality or similar industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
