ROLE PURPOSE

Supporting vendor payments and employee reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Verify employee reimbursement claims.
• Ensure expense and payment entries are posted to ERP
• Tracking of employee advances
• Verifying vendor invoices.
• Booking of vendor invoices.
• Updating and Capitalizing of Fixed Asset.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

• Any graduate
  

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ work experience
• Finance or Accounts background preferred
