Executive Finance & Accounts

You are urgently required to join as a Finance & Account Executive at our Faridabad office. Your role involves handling various accounting tasks and ensuring adherence to best practices. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating good knowledge of accounting principles and best practices - Accurately preparing journal entries and recording financial transactions - Reconciling and balancing the general ledger, while tracking deviations from the budget - Creating, processing, and distributing invoices - Generating financial statements, conducting aging analysis, and preparing reports - Managing the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local accounting laws and regulations - Handling company accounts and demonstrating proficiency in data entry - Having hands-on experience in invoice processing, debtors & creditors reconciliation - Showing willingness to learn and contribute in all 3 towers (P2P, O2C, R2R) of accounting Preferred experience and qualifications for this role include: - 2-5 years of experience in a similar position - UG/PG degree in Commerce Stream - Proficiency in bookkeeping software like QuickBooks, Xero, Sage Intact, PDI, SAP, Oracle, or Tally - Excellent communication skills - Strong understanding of basic Excel formulas such as V-lookup, If function, H-lookup, Sum, Pivot table, etc., and good typing skills - Relevant experience in the same domain This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance.
