Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for MV panel sales across various industries.
  • Support in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Participate in technical discussions and presentations on MV panel solutions.
  • Contribute to negotiating terms and closing sales agreements to meet targets.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams for customer satisfaction and project execution.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the MV panel segment.
  • Travel extensively across India to customer locations for business acquisition, technical understanding, and solution explanation.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of Medium Voltage (MV) panels, their applications, and relevant industry standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in sales planning, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
