Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

Lead efforts to identify, develop, and close significant sales opportunities for LT panels, with a strong focus on 800V and IEC 61439 compliant panels.
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key customers, understanding and addressing their complex technical and business requirements.
Provide expert-level technical explanations and compelling demonstrations of our advanced LT panel solutions.
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and strategic business development objectives.
Collaborate closely with internal engineering, production, and service teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Proactively monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to LT panels, providing strategic insights.
Travel extensively across India to customer locations for high-impact business acquisition, in-depth technical understanding, and strategic solution explanation.

Desired Skills:

Exceptional communication, presentation, and advanced interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with technical and commercial decision-makers.
In-depth technical knowledge of Low Voltage (LT) panels, including comprehensive understanding of 800V systems and expert-level familiarity with IEC 61439 standards.
Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding challenging sales targets and driving substantial business growth.
High proficiency in strategic sales planning, advanced lead generation techniques, and sophisticated client relationship management.
Strong negotiation and advanced problem-solving abilities, with a focus on providing tailored solutions to complex client needs.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of leading strategic sales initiatives independently while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
