Executive - Ecommerce (Shopify)

● Manage product uploads, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory updates on Shopify.
● Handle website updates: banners, creatives, and new product launches.● Process customer orders, abandoned carts, and returns accurately.● Respond to customer queries and escalations (domestic & international) via WhatsApp, email, phone, or video calls.● Create and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales/inventory reports.● Set up payment links using gateways like PayPal and Razorpay.● Ensure smooth website functionality and report issues to developers/hosting team.● Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile with system inventory.● Use WizApp software for billing, advance creation, returns inward, and credit note issuance. ● Reconcile payments with accounts and payment gateways for order settlements.● Assist in customer retention activities, including weekly outreach to “Rocket” customers via email.

Key skills required:

● Hands-on experience with Shopify product uploads and inventory management.
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.● Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel for reporting.● Good communication skills for customer interaction.● Familiarity with e-commerce operations, order processing, and payment gateways.● Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.● Knowledge of WizApp software (preferred but not mandatory).● Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
