Executive - Donor Relations

As a Funding and Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for conducting research to identify potential funding opportunities and partners in India and abroad. Your role will involve networking with existing and potential donors to build strong relationships. You will collaborate with team members to write high-quality funding proposals and grant applications, while also developing budgets for funding proposals with the Finance Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: - Identify suitable funding opportunities and partners in India and abroad - Network and build relationships with existing and potential donors - Write funding proposals and grant applications - Develop budgets for funding proposals - Develop MOUs and prepare work orders - Manage and oversee programs - Prepare accurate and high-quality reports for existing donors - Collaborate with Research, Advocacy, and Communications team on program evaluation - Oversee fundraising events and develop new ideas for fundraising activities - Manage communications with donors through various channels - Establish processes for recruitment and management of volunteers - Identify volunteer/internship roles and source volunteers/interns - Prepare annual plans and budgets for the team - Undertake travel to other centers, partners, and relevant activities as required - Prepare fund utilization reports for donors Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Nonprofit Management) - Proven experience in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently - Willingness to travel as needed If you are looking for a dynamic role that involves building partnerships, securing funding, and managing donor relationships, this position at Agastya could be the perfect fit for you.
