Executive - Donor Relations

Conduct research to identify potential new funding opportunities and partners in India and abroad, including institutional and CSR partnerships. Secure new institutional funding partnerships as needed. Network and cultivate relationships with existing and potential donors. Collaborate with team members to write high-quality funding proposals and grant applications. Develop budgets for funding proposals in coordination with the Finance Coordinator. Manage and oversee programs by developing MOUs, preparing work orders, and ensuring successful program delivery. Prepare accurate and timely reports for existing donors. Evaluate programs and their impact in collaboration with Research, Advocacy, and Communications team, considering donor needs and expectations. Organize and oversee fundraising events to meet targets. Generate new ideas for fundraising and donor cultivation events. Engage with existing donors through various communication channels, including social media, email, and offline platforms. Establish and enhance processes for recruiting and managing volunteers. Ensure volunteers contribute efficiently and have a positive experience. Identify volunteer/internship roles needed in collaboration with teams and strategic partners. Actively recruit volunteers/interns for these roles. Develop annual plans and budgets for the team. Provide regular reports on progress against plans and budgets. Travel to other centers, partners, and relevant activities as necessary. Prepare financial reports and fund utilization reports for donors with support from the finance team.
