### Office Boy Job Responsibilities 1. **General Office Support**: - Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. - Deliver documents and packages within the office and to external locations. 2. **Maintenance and Housekeeping**: - Ensure cleanliness and organization of office spaces, including common areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms. - Monitor and maintain office supplies, replenishing as needed. 3. **Mail and Document Handling**: - Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages. - Prepare outgoing mail and shipments, including labeling and packaging. 4. **Refreshments and Catering**: - Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors. - Assist with setting up and clearing away after meetings and events. 5. **Administrative Support**: - Assist with managing office equipment and performing minor repairs. - Support administrative staff with various tasks as requested. 6. **Errands**: - Run errands outside the office, such as banking, purchasing supplies, and delivering items. 7. **Visitor Assistance**: - Greet and direct visitors, ensuring they are attended to and provided with refreshments. - Assist with managing the reception area when needed. 8. **Security and Safety**: - Monitor the security of the office premises and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel. - Follow safety protocols and assist in emergency procedures.
