Job Description:
As an Office Boy, you will be responsible for providing essential support services to ensure the smooth functioning of our office. Your primary duties will include:

Office Maintenance:

• Keep the office premises clean and tidy at all times.
• Ensure cleanliness of common areas, including the reception, pantry, and restrooms.
• Regularly dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors. Guest Services:
• Welcome and assist guests, clients, and visitors with courtesy and professionalism.
• Escort guests to meeting rooms and ensure they are comfortable during their visit.
• Handle basic inquiries and provide general assistance as needed. Pantry Management:
• Maintain inventory of pantry supplies and place orders for replenishment as necessary.
• Prepare and serve beverages, snacks, and refreshments for meetings and events. Assistance to Staff:
• Provide support to office staff with tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging seating as per requirements.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor and a positive attitude towards work.
• Must be able to communicate in Telugu
