Executive – Data Analytics & Excel (CA Inter / B.Com)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who has strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, data analysis, and financial understanding. The ideal candidate should be CA Intermediate or B.Com qualified with hands-on experience in handling large data sets, performing reconciliations, preparing MIS reports, and supporting business decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data.
• Perform advanced Excel-based analysis including pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas, dashboards, etc.
• Conduct data reconciliation, variance analysis, and prepare periodic reports.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting activities.
• Develop and maintain automated templates and dashboards for management.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across reports.
• Support internal teams by providing timely analytics and insights.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments for data collection and clarity.

Required Qualifications:

• CA Intermediate / B.Com (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial concepts.
• Excellent command over Microsoft Excel (Advanced level).
• Experience in data analytics, MIS reporting, or similar analytical roles.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools (added advantage).
• Ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership.

Experience Required:

1–3 years of experience in finance, MIS, data analytics, or related roles.
