Executive - Customer Success

As a Customer Success Executive at our Bengaluru office, you will play a crucial role in serving as a bridge between our valued customers and internal teams at Capillary. Your primary responsibility will be managing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include leveraging your in-depth knowledge of our products to exceed customer expectations, collaborating closely with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to address customer needs, handling customer service requests, providing technical support and training, facilitating the on-boarding process for new customers, and sharing valuable insights and best practices with clients. Moreover, you will be instrumental in developing online support documentation to aid other functions in managing customer relationships effectively. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional active listening skills, demonstrate high levels of empathy, have a customer-centric approach, and be adept at adapting to various customer personas. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and exhibit a proactive attitude. A postgraduate qualification coupled with 1-2 years of experience in customer support, account management, or client servicing is preferred.
