Job Description

Role summary
The Customer Relationship Manager builds and maintains strong, profitable relationships with existing and new freight forwarding clients. This role is a central point of contact, ensuring a seamless customer experience, driving account growth, and acting as a bridge between the customer and internal operational teams.

5. Issue resolution

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
