Job Summary: The CRM Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the customer relationship management system to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. This role involves executing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer journey and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency. Plan and execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, loyalty, etc.) to drive customer engagement and repeat sales. Segment customers based on behavior, demographics, and purchase history to deliver personalized communication. Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals. Maintain customer data hygiene and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Support loyalty program execution, customer onboarding, and feedback collection processes. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools. Knowledge of customer segmentation, email marketing, and campaign management. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
