Creative Art Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the

  visual direction and design language

  for advertising campaigns across print, digital, OOH, TVCs, and experiential media.
• Collaborate closely with

  Copywriters, Creative Directors, and Strategy teams

  to develop innovative, brand-centric concepts.
• Translate briefs into

  visually powerful concepts

  , mood boards, storyboards, and design prototypes.
• Mentor and guide

  design teams

  —review work, provide feedback, and maintain high creative standards.
• Ensure consistency in brand aesthetics across all channels and touchpoints.
• Stay updated with

  design, advertising, and cultural trends

  to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
• Oversee

  photoshoots, video productions, and post-production

  processes to maintain creative integrity.
• Present concepts and visuals to clients confidently, justifying creative decisions with strategic reasoning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Fine Arts, Communication Design, Advertising, or related field

  .

• 15 years

  of experience in art direction, preferably within a reputed advertising or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing

  integrated campaigns

  across various media.
• Proficiency in design tools like

  Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)

  .
• Ability to

  lead brainstorming sessions

• Understanding of
