• Have 4–6 years of experience in advertising, branded content, or media
• Have led a vertical/team in a creative agency or content studio
• Are comfortable owning P&L and scaling a business unit
• Know how to build client trust and translate brand goals into strong creative output
• Are connected to the creative network of directors, DOPs, talent, strategists
• Believe in modern, culture-led content and building something future-ready
