Your role will involve leading various aspects such as multi-format brand campaigns, creative strategy, client partnerships, team management, network development, and fostering original format thinking. **Role Overview:** You will lead Adsto's transition into a strategy + execution-led content agency by overseeing multi-format brand campaigns, creative strategy, and IP-led content. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client partnerships, managing a high-performance team, developing a creative network, and exploring opportunities beyond traditional briefs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead Adsto's transition into a strategy + execution-led content agency - Manage multi-format brand campaigns, creative strategy, and IP-led content - Develop and nurture client partnerships to convert projects into long-term business - Build and oversee a high-performance team of producers, creatives & account leads - Expand the creative network across India and globally - Foster original format thinking and explore opportunities beyond traditional briefs **Qualifications Required:** - 4-6 years of experience in advertising, branded content, or media - Previous experience leading a vertical/team in a creative agency or content studio - Comfortable with owning P&L and scaling a business unit - Ability to build client trust and translate brand goals into strong creative output - Strong connections within the creative network of directors, DOPs, talent, and strategists - Belief in modern, culture-led content creation and a passion for building future-ready solutions If you're looking to be part of a creator-first, agile, IP-led content agency that challenges the traditional agency model, Adsto is the place for you.
