Requirements:

• Must have 2 or more years of experience as a Business Development Executive, with proven lead generation & closure.
• Proficiency in CRM tools to track clients, pipeline, and sales activities.
• Experience in outbound calling and direct email outreach to secure new prospects.
• Experience with preparing sales proposals and conducting product or service demos.
• Experience in building business relationships and concept selling to varied stakeholders.
• Experience with follow-ups, maintaining detailed lead data, and managing the sales funnel.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and written English skills; able to travel 20% nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business by researching, identifying, and qualifying potential leads.
• Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accurate CRM tracking and notes.
• Conduct outreach via calls and emails to pitch offerings and secure client interest.
• Deliver persuasive product/service demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Participate in crafting proposals and supporting sales presentations for key accounts.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align on client needs and solutions.
• Provide regular follow-ups, manage client communications, and work from the office.
