Job Type: Permanent / Full time Functional Area: IT Consulting / IT Sales Job Title: Sr. Consultant / SBU Manager - Business Development Job Level: Mid Senior / Senior (Depending upon candidate exp) Business Unit: Utility Services Location: Kolkata Roles and Responsibilities · Responsible for driving business for Utility BU for pan India. · Presenting CyberSWIFT’s solutions / services to prospective customers & developing sales leads. · Achieve assigned targets as a minimum requirement. · Responsible for account mining, new customer acquisition, relationship management for the assigned BU. · Build, enhance sustain high level / strategic relationships with key customers. · Develop an understanding of customers’ business and solution requirements. · Build, develop and manage a constant qualified lead pipeline through a structured approach to a large number of potential customers via the e-mail, telephone channels, social media and face to face meetings. · Lead customers through an end-to-end sales cycle in collaboration with Pre-Sales and Support teams. · Analyse market trends, customers’ needs and competitive offerings and convincing clients. · Build, manage and penetrate accounts to promote new business development activities. · Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned. This includes Interest creation, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management. · Establish relationships with all the key influencers within the assigned/identified account. · Ensure up-gradation of skills and competencies through self-managed learning processes. · Responsible for participating around his/her Individual Development Plan in consultation with the manager. · Coach and support team members to help them meet BU’s goals. · Create monthly, quarterly, annual reports to determine whether service delivery goals are met and identify areas for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile · 6 - 9 Years of Business Development experience. · Energetic business professional with rich experience in Business development preferably in IT software product / solutions. · Proficient in Client Relationship and capable of driving end to end sales cycle. · Must have exposure of Sales to any Utility/Govt sector · Should have good know how of customers and industry ecosystem in the respective Utility Domain · Candidate must possess exceptional customer experience judgment and be incredibly analytical and creative. · Superior time management and very organized with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; a strong phone/video presence is required. · The ideal candidate will possess both a technical background that enables them to easily interact with customers, software developers and business development managers and a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
