Job Description

At Time Hack Consulting, we are dedicated to fostering partnerships with consumer technology companies across diverse sectors, including Financial Services, E-commerce, Edtech, and Healthcare. With a keen focus on mid-senior to leadership roles, we specialise in recruiting top-tier talent across various functions such as Product, Business, HR, Operations, Legal, Compliance, IT, Engineering, and Marketing.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Client Vibes: Stay in touch with clients via calls, emails, or WhatsApp – you'll be the go-to person!
  • Talent Detective: Understand the role, post cool job ads, and scout candidates from LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.
  • Interview Guru: Run the interview process and make sure the best candidates stand out.
  • Constant Learner: Get mentored by industry pros and dive into various functions (Product, HR, Marketing, and more).

Who We're Looking For

  • Education: MBA student or pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar.
  • Communication Skills: You’ve got to be smooth – both written and spoken.
  • Organised AF: Juggling tasks in a fast-paced environment is your jam.
  • Curiosity & Growth: You’re enthusiastic about learning, quick to adapt, and up for a challenge.
