Roles and Responsibilities

• Reporting & Administration:

• Prepare Daily reports

  ,

  MIS (Monthly Management System)

  ,

  MMR (Monthly Management Report)

  , and

  QBR (Quarterly Business Review)

  .
• Ensure the timely submission of

  MMR

  and daily/weekly reports to clients.
• Assist clients with collating and preparing presentations.
• Take

  MOM (Minutes of Meeting)

  during meetings and send calendar invites to stakeholders for MMR and QBR.

• Client & Vendor Relations:

• Give property tours and listings.

• Greet and guide visitors to the office premises in a proper manner.
• Discuss and assist the Facility Manager on a monthly basis with the

  vendor performance matrix

• Keep and revise existing contracts with different vendors.
• Liaise with vendors on contract renewal and recommend vendors after comparison and evaluation.

Qualifications

• A Graduation degree.
